Please apply for accreditation by filling in the form below. After sending your own application, you will be able to submit a new application under the same media during the same session.

The deadline for applications is Friday, November 8th, 2025. Your accreditation application result will be sent by e-mail.

It is important to note that the deadline for booking accommodation via the local accommodation office is earlier, October 27th, 2025. For more information about accommodation, please contact nordic@ruka.fi.

The Media Center is at the Conference Center Ruka. Accreditation cards must be collected from the Ruka Conference Center's accreditation point.

A limited number of rooms have been reserved for the media at Hotel Holiday Club Kuusamon Tropiikki. Transportation to the competition sites is arranged from the hotel.

Note that this is just a booking request. Rukakeskus Oy will contact you to confirm your reservation.

I am aware that the access to the event venue with any kind of filming device (with the exception of mobile phones and digital cameras, provided they are not used to film any video image of the event) is strictly forbidden to non-rights holders. I am absolutely not allowed to film and/or use any part of the event, including (but not limited to) race, qualification round, training, podium ceremony and interviews. I am also aware that no agreement has been reached with Infront Sports & Media AG in order to obtain any filming media accreditation, therefore I hereby declare that I will neither access the race venue with any filming device (with the exception of mobile phones and digital cameras, provided they are not used to film any video image of the event), nor film or use any part of the event, nor gather audiovisual material from third parties for exploitation on the below website.
